Carlos Jorquera is the company's founder and President. Carlos left NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 1995 to focus on bridging the gap between high performance cameras and the necessary software applications to capture and process the resulting digital images. He has developed a set of faster, more flexible software tools that are hardware independent and allow interfacing with any conceivable imaging camera. This software has produced improvements in medicine, weather forecasting, X-ray inspection, and other fields.
