Premier is the only tool of its kind in the market to provide 100% inspection for surface quality as well as for accurate dimensional measurement, feature presence, location or other critical characteristics. Using Boulder Imaging's revolutionary Centralized Inspection Point Technology (CIPT)™, Premier is capable of single-point or multiple-point inspection to meet your unique requirements both in-line and off-line.

Premier detects defects, non-uniformities, and characteristics in precision parts (metal, plastic, glass, rubber), web materials (such as paper), and coatings (such as paint, ink, film).  It simultaneously measures and/or verifies presence or absence of any feature or component with accuracy greater than 1/1000 of an inch.  Because of Premier's blazing speed, it can be deployed in-line for many manufacturing applications.
