Our Vision Inspector™ Beacon for Film and Coatings product is designed to provide complete, micron level inspection for all typical properties and defects and incorporates multiple inspections in a single configurable inspection cell.  Each Film Inspection cell provides inspection capabilities for detecting the following defects in clear and opaque paint, film, or other coating on any substrate:

Vision Inspector solutions can be configured as stand-alone inspection cells that manually accept substrate (Q-Panel, Mylar substrate, and others). Automation can be added to the stand alone cell to allow for a continuous feed of inspection substrate. Or, the Vision Inspector solution can be configured for continuous in-line inspection of either Mylar or metal roll.
