Machine Monitoring and Detection of Anomalies

Guardian continuously monitors manufacturing equipment, production equipment, and processes - providing alerts when anomalous behavior takes place. Guardian provides  high resolution video for complete forensic analysis. Guardian easily integrates with your current infrastructure and robotics to provide real-time alerts when anomalies occur and can even stop or slow a process until the cause is determined and corrected.

What the system does

Guardian discriminates between normal and abnormal (anomalous) operations. It continuously monitors high-speed machinery or production processes until an anomalous event occurs. Upon detection of an anomaly, the system sends an alert indicating the event occurred, logs the event, and provides operators with steps for diagnosis and problem resolution. Guardian also has the ability to automatically stop or slow manufacturing or production processes while the problem is investigated and resolved.

Guardian stores high resolution video of the event for as long as you require and creates reports indicating the precise time and place the anomaly occurred.
